Identity guidelines design for a national science laboratory that presents a more bold and optimistic presence in their marketing. It serves as a tool for recruiting scientists as well as the building blocks for a stronger public presence. Drawing inspiration from a strong messaging concept, I designed the guidelines based on their existing visual language, and built upon it by presenting a different perspective on how they view their identity. This was done through introducing design elements, based on scientific diagrams and their logomark, that play on the idea of curiosity and discovery in science.
